• Once you submit your request, I'll review it to determine if I'm the right fit for your needs.

• Any work with additional characters (up to 2 come with the pieces) would be charged

• Rush Fees: 20$

-PAYMENTS-

• Payment will be up front after your slot is confirmed - I will begin the piece once I've received payment

• Expected payment in full (no partial payments with exceptions).

-REVISIONS-

• Any edits would be communicated and approved by the client before the next step

• After slots are confirmed, I will send a rough sketch or idea sketch. Afterwards will be followed up with sketches in each step (fine line sketch, coloring, rendering, final result)

• Revisions AFTER the final result will not be admitted

-DEADLINES AND DELIVERY-

• Hard deadlines would be discussed; rush fees may apply, however, it is NOT guaranteed that I will be able to finish on time

• Regular deadlines can be discussed with both (mine and your) schedules

• Revisions and changes to the artwork may delay the work's progress

-USE-

• My work is only for personal use OR commercial use (streaming/content use, or prints)

-INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-

• DO NOT claim art as your own or sell for commercial use WITHOUT my permission

• i may use your commission piece in my portfolio or future commission samples and use it in self-promotion

• Non-profit commissions: the listed prices are for personal and private use only!! therefore commissioners do not have the right to sell a piece of art in any way, shape or form including merchandise. this includes minting as nft's.

•If you require a contract to be signed for commercial work or projects regarding usage, non-disclosure agreements, or any other legal agreements, please let me know and we can discuss and arrange it from your end to ensure a professional and seamless process.

-REFUNDS-

• if an invoice has not been sent to the commissioner promptly, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

• the commissioner cannot demand any refunds after a commission has been started

• if a charge-back is charged against the artist by a commissioner, the rights of the commission will be retracted from the commissioner and given to the artist. The artist holds the right to file a complaint if necessary. The artist retains the right to all transactions received from the commissioner.

絵を描くスタイルが変わる場合もあります。前に書いたスタイルが好みであれば教えてください。

急ぎに対応しません。時間をかけて作品を作りさせていただきます。

スケッチ以降キャンセルはNGです。

作品使用は自由ですが、複製したり、勝手に加工する事は許しません。

完成した作品は私にクレジットを頂ければ嬉しいです。

コミッションをやることによって絵の種類や選択が増えます。アイデアを頂くと嬉しいです。

NSFW、ロリ、ショタ、血を含むような絵はしません。
